MBA in International Management and European Business
The MBA International Management and European Business program offers you a course of studies directly concerned with the core issues for companies working in a European business environment as well as companies in other parts of the world dealing with European business. On this program, you will be analyzing the political, legal, cultural and economic environment of European businesses as well as other issues of international Management in a rapidly globalizing world, evaluating their markets in terms of procurement, finance and sales and drafting new strategies for international competition.
Program Outline
The MBA International Management and European Business is a 12 months’ full-time program with the first six months for theoretical and lectures with 60 European Credits and the remaining 6 months set apart either for an internship and professional MBA thesis or six months research works followed by an MBA dissertation.
Program Objectives
The MBA International Management and European Business Program specifically addresses junior managers with at least two years of work experience and fresh graduates with an interest in acquiring the managerial skills to perform higher executive management tasks for which they need to have a strong training in business and management with a specific emphasis on European business. Although some candidates may have already studied business or economics, this is not a specific admission requirement; as a rule, our program is found to complement other academic qualifications for a management career. Successful participation in the MBA program requires a genuine desire for excellence in all areas of work, distinct career goals, and a highly motivated approach.
Program Content
The program is divided into two Stages covering the modules of Finance and Accounting, General Management and Environment, Human Resources and Organization, Marketing and Production as well as Management Skills. The First Stage focuses on providing students with the basic management skills as well as a specific part that concentrates on international issues. And the second stage is for a company based project either through internship or though research work.
In the business world an MBA is not only expected to know theory and how to apply management techniques. Increasing importance is being placed on social competence. Candidates are provided with personal career development and professional orientation coaching all throughout their MBA program.
